My 10th Grade Teacher, Ms. Bo

My 10th grade teacher was Ms. Bohlender Heather. Although, she just a volunteered teacher but she is an example of the ideal teacher because she had struggling through her life in a very hard time. She is a Seventh-day Adventist Christian. I like to read her blog, and it inspired me because she shared the honest things, about her story. She was an English and Drama teacher, and she appointed me to act like Jesus Christ. After that, all my classmates laughed and teased me, a little eyes jesus. I still remembered the happy time that we shared in class, and sometime she sang and danced for us. I feel no pressure at her class; instead, attended her class is the most relaxed in all subjects. There is an accident occurred while she lived in Cambodia, Phnom Penh city. She met a terrible time, and she got hit by a car. She still not giving up but continued to go on to the future. I still remembered the day at Chapel; she gave her speech with her tear about Cambodia. She told all students about what is going on to her in Cambodia, and I quieted and listened. I feel the story that she talked is very touched my heart. She said that the time that I feel safe is being with all you guys. Finally, she wrote a book, Honestly I’m Struggling. This book is the book that I want to read I have no chance to read this book yet because it printed in United State, but I will in the future.

  1. I really miss Ms. Bo and I would love to have a copy of this book, too. I agree, I think that she is a great teacher. She really has a way with people, especially us! I love and cherish all those memory that we have together in tenth grade with her. Even, she was not our homeroom teacher; we really did have a lot of good time together. I remember the time that she talked in the Chapel program - I remembered that she talked in tears. It really must have been a harsh time for her. I really miss her!
